We value each employee as an active participant in our ministry of healing. Staff satisfaction and retention are key goals to promote Villa St. Joseph’s mission of “excellence in compassionate care.” Consider joining our team of talented, caring professionals by browsing the navigation panel to inquire about job opportunities and for an application.
We promote growth and development for all of our staff members. For example, our C.N.A.s are eligible to apply for a career ladder program, called L.E.A.P., that emphasizes development of clinical and teambuilding skills. In addition, many of nursing managers have been promoted from within and supported to learn leadership skills for their success.
Listen to what some of our staff members say about their work experience at Villa St. Joseph:

“I live out the Mission at the Villa St. Joseph by presenting a positive and pleasant face to all who enter our doors. I play soothing classical music to set a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and I hope to bring a measure of peace to anyone who needs it.”
- By Janet Daniels, Guest Services
“The mission of the Villa holds the employee to a standard of excellence and compassion, not one or the other. I also love looking for an organization that declares that our mission, like Jesus Christ, is to be a witness of his love for all people.”
- By Laura Bibby, RN
